I decorated a mason jar the way I wanted. Then, I placed a pen inside and some sticky notes outside the jar. Every time something pleasant, fun, or new happens, you put it on a sticky note and put it in the jar.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDuring the year, use the jar to capture all the positive moments in your life. At the end of the year, we often forget about all the wonderful things that happened to us, which makes us negative and hopeless. The gratitude jar helps you switch your focus from negative events and things to positive ones. Also, it is a keepsake to remind you how you spent your years.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis session is in-person, so you must be willing to travel to RDU.
